Urban chic living Pontkade

Urban Chic Living, that is Pontkade. Rent one of the two towers or one deck apartments in Amsterdam at the NDSM Werf. The Pontkade project has a total of 114 new rental apartments and 47 parking spaces available. The surfaces vary from 50 – 125 m2. and the rental prices start at €1,200.


You can see the Pontkade directly at the harbor where several ferries make a direct connection to Amsterdam Central Station and the Houthavens.

Living in the Jordaan?

A four-storey building built in traditional architecture. The large windows, the brick masonry and the facades with lifting beams provide a robust and authentic appearance. The Marnixstraat is a lively street with a wide sidewalk. In the area are all amenities such as museums, theaters, schools, shops, restaurants, and various city parks. This characteristic building is located in a unique location on the edge of the bustling Jordaan, near roads (ring A10) and public transport.


On the Marnixstraat, Amsterdam Wonen rents out 1 to 2 person apartments spread over two blocks. History: The Marnixstraat was named in 1872 after Filips van Marnix (1540-1598), lord of Sint-Algonde. The street previously called "de Schans" was built after 1850 on the site of the ramparts that were demolished between 1820 and 1840.


 De Zaag, Zaandam

On the west side of Zaandam, a new residential area has arisen close to the polder area. The attractively furnished district is located near the NS station and the brand new connection to the lively city center. The Houtveldweg connects the district, with the street names Letterhout, Cambarahout, Cypressehout and Satijnhout, quickly and efficiently with the arterial roads. The De Zaag project consists of: single-family homes, maisonettes and apartments. A five-storey building built in traditional architecture. The complex consists of two four-room apartments on the ground floor and eight three-room apartments divided into two on the higher floors.


All apartments are accessible by means of a lift and via the centrally located stairwell. The residences with entrance on the fourth floor are spread over two floors and benefit from a second bathroom en suite in the attic floor with internal entrance. The apartments on the ground floor have a spacious garden, separate patio, two bathrooms, three bedrooms and a very spacious living room.
