Urban chic living Pontkade

Amsterdam North

Urban Chic Living, that is Pontkade. Rent apartments in one of the two towers or on a deck in Amsterdam at the NDSM Wharf. The Pontkade project has a total of 114 new rental apartments and 47 parking spaces available. Sizes range from 50 to 125 m², and rental prices start at €1,200.


You can see the Pontkade situated directly by the harbor, where several ferries provide a direct connection to Amsterdam Central Station and the Houthavens.


The NDSM Wharf is the place where living is truly Amsterdam again. Lively, colorful, and with the city center at your feet. Oostenburg


The Swan


De Zwaan consists of three different buildings with a total of 54 rental homes. Each building has its own entrance and appearance. For instance, building A, with its light grey micro-concrete facade, houses 25 rental apartments with large balconies. Next comes building B with 20 apartments. Here, the characteristic black details and the striking sawtooth roof attract all the attention. With its robust facade of rusting Corten steel, building C will become one of the eye-catchers of Oostenburg. This small-scale complex will feature 9 apartments, the penthouse of which has a spacious roof terrace.

The Orange

No building is alike in Oostenburg. This also applies to De Oranje, which consists of six different buildings (5-6 storeys). Each building is recognizable by its own high-quality facade in a contemporary colour. This, combined with variations in width and building height, creates a varied and contrasting appearance.


The stylish and sustainable building stands with its foundations in the Oostenburgervaart. This provides an unobstructed view of the sparkling water and everything sailing on it. Via the water, there is a direct boat connection to the IJ and the central station. Furthermore, De Oranje is situated close to the bustling VOC Quay, where you will find numerous restaurants, terraces, and cafes.

The Jordaan is a lively neighborhood with all amenities available in the vicinity, such as museums, theaters, schools, shops, restaurants, and various city parks.

In the shadow of Amsterdam: De Zaag, Zaandam

On the west side of Zaandam, close to the polder area, a new residential neighborhood has emerged. The attractively designed district is situated near the NS train station and the brand-new connection to the lively city center. The Houtveldweg, with the street names Letterhout, Cambarahout, Cypressehout, and Satijnhout, connects the neighborhood quickly and efficiently to the arterial roads. Shops and supermarkets are within walking distance. The homes:

The De Zaag project consists of 70 units: single-family homes, maisonettes, and apartments. All homes are delivered with sanitary facilities and a modern kitchen, complete with built-in appliances such as a ceramic hob with extractor hood, combination microwave, fridge-freezer, and dishwasher. The homes are delivered without floor and wall finishes. Underfloor heating has, however, already been installed. Ample parking space is available; a permit is required for this. This can be applied for at the Municipality of Zaanstad.


Rapenburgerstraat

A five-story building constructed in traditional architecture. The complex consists of two four-room apartments on the ground floor and eight three-room homes, arranged in pairs on the upper floors.


All apartments are accessible by elevator and via the centrally located stairwell. The residences with an entrance on the fourth floor are spread over two levels and benefit from a second en-suite bathroom on the attic floor with an internal staircase. The ground-floor apartments feature a spacious garden, a separate patio, two bathrooms, three bedrooms, and a very generous living room.
